Your payment is protected by Upwork escrow — funds are only released after you approve the work.
We collect only the information you provide when submitting a project request (name, email, company, project details). This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver the agreed services.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties. All data is stored securely and is never used for marketing without your explicit consent.
We use cookies to improve your browsing experience on fenso.agency. You can decline cookies — the site will still function normally.

By placing an order through fenso.agency or Upwork, you agree to the following terms.
Payment. All projects are invoiced and processed through Upwork. Payments are held in escrow and released only upon your approval of the delivered work.
Revisions. Each plan includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the scope may be billed separately.
Intellectual property. Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all design and code assets produced for your project.
Delivery. We commit to the timeline agreed at the start of the project. Delays caused by missing client materials or feedback are not included in this commitment.
